Our primary fitness programming is structured around the wildland fire season. It is geared towards reaching peak fireline performance during the summer months and improved strength during the off season. While our primary programming requires some equipment, we do offer versions that require little to no equipment at all.

Fire Camp is a 12 week program geared towards building aerobic capacity and muscular endurance needed for the fireline. With minimal equipment needed, this program is designed for everyone.
